MoMoMelb – May Event: At the Top of their Game

As local handset game developers (read: rockstars), Firemint celebrate their Flight Control game being the worldwide number one iPhone app for over a month (!), it is a great opportunity for us to get together and focus our next MoMoMelb event on Mobile Games. 

Join us at Horse Bazaar on May 11th from 6pm as we welcome three local boys made good in this huge growth market.

1. Robert Murray from Firemint will contrast the brilliant simplicity of Flight Control with the highly-anticipated and resource-intensive Real Racing and let us how why and how each work. 
2. Tony Lay from Iron Monkey give an insight into his successful company, and how he balances the development of original IP and fee for service for major games publishers (eg. EA).
3. Anton Sher from Front Foot who picked up the2009 AIMIA Award for Best Mobile Product or Service for client EA mobile will provide a glimpse into how they found working with the client, delivering the product and lessons learnt.
